Dr Emily Nelson - Osteopath
Emily graduated RMIT university with a distinction and since has enjoyed the diversity of working as an osteopath and helping patients with their pain and complaints.

Emily uses a wide variety of techniques including fascial releases, joint mobilisation and manipulation, visceral techniques, soft tissue techniques and other gentle techniques to suit her patients.
While Emaily treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, she has a particular interest in women’s health including:
pain in pregnancy
pelvic pain
chronic injuries
headaches and neck pain.
Emily’s aim as an osteopath is to improve her patient’s quality of life- whether that be improving mobility, reducing pain, managing stress by working on breath, increasing running distance or even being able to tie up their shoelaces again!
